Property Buyers Agent

Role Overview:

As a Buyers Agent at The Property Baron, you will play a crucial role in our client’s journey to finding their ideal property. You will leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and passion for real estate to guide our clients through the buying process, from initial consultation to closing the deal. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties that meet client specifications.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients.
  • Negotiate purchase terms and conditions on behalf of our clients.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and investment insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sale support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Buyers Agent or similar role in real estate preferable but not essential
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the property market.
  • A valid real estate agent license.

FULL TIME

Property Buyers Agent Associate

Role Overview:

The Buyers Agent Associate is an entry-level position designed to support our Buyers Agents in all aspects of the property buying process. This role is ideal for individuals who are new to the real estate industry but possess a strong desire to learn and grow within the field. You will assist with research, client communications, and administrative tasks, gaining valuable experience and insights into property investment and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Buyers Agents and Director with property research and all aspect of the buying process
  • Coordinate property inspections and manage other appointments.
  • Provide administrative support including client communication.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of the property market to support client inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in pursuing a career in real estate.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
