  Mark from The Property Baron found and negotiated a house for us and advised on building related questions.
Mark and Jason were very available and open in our discussions of what we were looking for.  We ended up buying a unique property I saw the listing for, with an asking price way out of our budget. I disregarded it as out of reach.
