• Can do some renovations but a rentable condition is ideal

• Walk to the beach

Budget: Up to $1.3M

• Must be in a good spot

• View / Outlook

• seperate space for home office

• 15 min bike to beach

• Open to all construction styles

#9 – Nambour/Yandina/Cooroy

Budget: Up to $750,000

• Something with character, old cottage / weatherboard

• 3×1 is OK

• Nambour as a central suburb

• Open to all construction styles, prefer timber
