• Move in ready home – no renos. Character home is ok

• Location: within a 10 minute walk to beach

• A view or a decent outlook is essential

#3 – Nambour/Yandina/Cooroy 

Budget: Up to $750,000

• Something with character, old cottage / weatherboard

• 3×1 is OK

• Nambour as a central suburb

• Open to all construction styles, prefer timber

• Budget: $1.3M
• Multi-generational buyers – second living area with kitchenette facilities is ideal
• 3 bed, 2 bath + separate 1 bed, 1 bath minimum
• Close proximity to lake, beaches or walking paths is a bonus
• Quiet location off main roads with a private backyard
• Space for a pool if there is not already one

• Low-set brick or solid build

• Tenanted ok

#6 – Buderim

Budget: $1.3M

• Dual living with independent living for both parties

• 3 bed 2 bath plus 1 bed 1 bath minimum

• Pool is essential

• Minor renovations okay
