He is a PIPA member and QPIA® Qualified Property Investment Adviser, an active member of REBAA (Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia) and the REIQ (Real Estate Institute of Queensland), and has been recognised as an REIQ Awards Finalist for two consecutive years. During his own property investment journey, Jason experienced firsthand how heavily the property market favours sellers. While sellers have experienced professionals representing their interests, buyers are often left to navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives alone.

Rather than only analysing the market when a client is ready to buy, Jason studies it every day, tracking market movements, analysing data, monitoring infrastructure and identifying emerging opportunities before they become obvious to the broader market.

Before founding The Property Baron, Jason built a successful corporate career leading large teams for national brands including Fitness First and Menulog. Those leadership roles developed the communication, strategic thinking and operational expertise that continue to shape the business today.

Today, Jason works closely with home buyers, investors and developers, providing strategic advice backed by research, experience and genuine buyer advocacy. His focus remains the same as when he started: giving buyers the advantage and helping them make confident property decisions that stand the test of time.
