Balazs (pronounced “Boh-lage”) is a Brisbane-based Property Buyers Agent with The Property Baron, bringing a background most other Buyers Agents simply do not have: a career in civil and structural engineering, a precision-driven analytical mindset, and a genuine commitment to his clients that goes far beyond the transaction.

Born in Hungary and raised in Brisbane from the age of 4, Balazs studied Civil and Structural Engineering at Griffith University across both the Nathan and Gold Coast campuses before spending years working on some of Australia’s most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects, including the Gold Coast Hinze Dam upgrade, Gold Coast Light Rail, Sydney Metro, Cross River Rail and the NorthConnex Tunnel. In 2019, he was part of the team behind the largest bridge lift ever completed in Australia. That experience instilled in him an exacting standard for preparation, analysis and execution that he now applies to every property search.

Balazs has also lived the property journey personally. He has bought land, built new homes, purchased investment properties, renovated Queenslanders and now owns a development site himself, giving him a grounded and realistic understanding of the residential property market from multiple angles.

After years working on the ground in Brisbane as a Buyers Agent, Balazs has developed strong local knowledge, deep suburb insight and trusted relationships with selling agents across the region. That network consistently helps open doors to opportunities, including properties that never reach the open market.
