While the pace of 2021–2022 has moderated, competition for quality properties in well-positioned coastal and hinterland pockets remains strong. Here’s what our team is seeing on the ground right now:
    • Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland continue to attract premium buyer interest, particularly for properties within walking distance of the beach, cafes and lifestyle amenities. Well-presented homes and apartments in these areas are still moving quickly when priced correctly.
    • Buderim remains a strong family-driven market, with buyers drawn to its elevated position, school access, larger blocks and central Sunshine Coast location. The right street, aspect and property condition can still create strong competition.
    • Maroochydore is continuing to attract buyers looking for convenience, lifestyle and long-term growth potential, particularly around the CBD, river, beachside pockets and established residential areas.
