We are seeking an experienced Property Buyers Agent who is self-motivated, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. If you have been a Buyers Agent for 12 months or more, have a full understanding of what it takes to buy the best property at the best possible price, and want to focus on the client side of things with the support of an outstanding agency, then this could be your next career move!

About the Role

As a Property Buyers Agent at The Property Baron, you will have the opportunity to focus on what you do best: working directly with clients to secure their dream properties. You will use your high-level communication skills, genuine consultative style, and natural ability to network and build strong relationships with partners.

You will be involved in all aspects of the buying process, including:

• Prospecting for new clients
• Lead management and conversion
• Property sourcing
• Property inspections
• Negotiating and liaising with selling agents
• Nurturing client relationships

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Hold a current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Have experience as a Buyers Agent
• Be a strong negotiator with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients
• Work autonomously while being part of a supportive, close-knit team
• Have excellent people skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a passion and drive to deliver exceptional results for clients
• Be confident in your abilities with an approachable and outgoing personality
• Possess in depth local area knowledge

About the role
This is a dynamic admin support role that sits across both our offices (Brisbane and Sunshine Coast), with a base in our Peregian Beach HQ. You’ll work closely with the Director and wider team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re after someone who’s proactive, highly organised and tech-savvy — someone with an exceptional eye for detail who can work independently and communicate with clarity and confidence.

Key duties include:

• Day-to-day admin support for our team and offices
• Managing appointments, calendars and inboxes
• Client onboarding
• Contracts, invoicing, and document prep (e.g. Docusign, Realworks)
• CRM/database updates and client records
• Proofreading, editing and formatting emails and documents
• Support across social media and marketing
• Assist with inspection scheduling and coordination 

Skills & experience:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organised, with the ability to work independently
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Confident using Google Suite and online platforms
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
• Previous admin or EA experience is ideal
• Experience in property or real estate a bonus (not essential)
