We are seeking an experienced Property Buyers Agent who is self-motivated, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. If you have been a Buyers Agent for 12 months or more, have a full understanding of what it takes to buy the best property at the best possible price, and want to focus on the client side of things with the support of an outstanding agency, then this could be your next career move!

About the Role

As a Property Buyers Agent at The Property Baron, you will have the opportunity to focus on what you do best: working directly with clients to secure their dream properties. You will use your high-level communication skills, genuine consultative style, and natural ability to network and build strong relationships with partners.

You will be involved in all aspects of the buying process, including:

• Prospecting for new clients
• Lead management and conversion
• Property sourcing
• Property inspections
• Negotiating and liaising with selling agents
• Nurturing client relationships

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Hold a current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Have experience as a Buyers Agent
• Be a strong negotiator with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients
• Work autonomously while being part of a supportive, close-knit team
• Have excellent people skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a passion and drive to deliver exceptional results for clients
• Be confident in your abilities with an approachable and outgoing personality
• Possess in depth local area knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team throughout the property search and buying process
• Coordinate and attend property inspections
• Manage client communications and updates
• Assist with research, due diligence, and property sourcing
• Maintain CRM systems and admin to a high standard
• Take initiative and keep the team one step ahead

Who We’re Looking For

• Ambitious and committed to a long-term career in property
• Highly organised, proactive, and uses common sense
• A great communicator (verbal and written)
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Well-presented, reliable, and confident
• Familiarity with property or real estate is an advantage
• QLD Cert IV in Real Estate Practice is a bonus, not essential
• Own transport and Saturday availability is essential
